I have been having problems registering for managed payments, and even though I have contacted eBay numerous times about it, and have now uploaded all the required documents, they have now suspended my account and ended all my listings!
I first tried to register for managed payments at the beginning of March, but the link provided to upload did not work. I replied to the email a number of times asking for a working link with no response, then phoned to tell them. I was told my call would be noted and that because of that my account would be fine.
Jump to April 27, I received an email asking for all the information again and giving me until June 11 to have it done. I did all of it straight away and received a confirmation email on April 28 that they had received it all.
April 29, my account is suspended and all my (200+) listings have been ended. Even though I had been given until June 11 to have it all done.
Ebay tells me through chat that it will now take 48 business hours to fix this problem. What happens to my loss of sales during this time? And also my loss of sales due to the fact that all my sales history has now disappeared?
I see from other posts that I am not the only one having problems with this. eBay causes all these problems but will only fix it on their own terms and we as sellers are the ones who suffer.

Thanks for that, it is very interesting reading. I don't think that we fall into that category, as all our listings are under vehicle parts and accessories, and not under the Motors category.
Added to this, all our listings were ended, and appear in the ended folder, not in the unsold folder.

When I look back at your 'Completed Items' every listing has the same message:
"This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing". Reading that page about listings requiring 'Payment on pick up' could indicate something in all your listings caused the deletion. Maybe your BSB account number or some other information flagged your items for deletion ?

Well that is very interesting, seeing that it was eBay that ended them, and they blame us for it. That's just another gold star for them!
These items have been listed as 'good till cancelled' for years, so I don't understand why all of a sudden there would be a problem with them.
Regarding the 'Payment on Pick Up', we have always had that option on all our listings, so that shouldn't be a problem either.
I called the managed payments line *again* this morning, and was told that she would also chase it up, but to allow another 7 days for it to be resolved! So tomorrow is 2 weeks that we have been down, and that will make it up to 3 weeks if I have to wait that long.
One very unhappy ebay seller here!

The quote from k1000 stated that 'cash on delivery' was required until you are on MP.
Maybe try a few with that and see what happens.
