Just had an inquire in regards to how I intend to post some posters.
I'm sending them in a registered letter envelope,( $6 charge).
I've also notified them that I can send them in a 3kg bag with full cardboard stiffeners for $10,(close enough for C & S).
I realized afterwards that the last time I tried it wouldn't let me change the postage to a higher amount.
So is there a way that I can add the extra cost?

yes

no, if the $6 option was the only one offered, that's all you can charge
if there was no postage quoted you can change it
if you' re sending in a 500gr large Rgistered envelope ($5.10) you can also send in a $6.50 click and send with cardboard or is it too large for the CnS satchel?

You can't charge more for the same service than what is quoted in the listing, but if the buyer requests a different service, which C&S is, tell them not to pay before you send a new invoice. When you go to send a new invoice, click to add an extra service, select the 3kg C&S option, type in the price and send invoice. If you're sure they definitely want that option, you can even just change the original service and postage amount to the C&S price etc.

Thanks.
I'll have to pay the rest then if they happen to win.
Good thing I didn't add it in the questions bit on the listing.
The C & S satchel is 3 cm less in width and would bend the posters.
It was a long time ago that I got the envelope so I just added the $3 for nomal letter rate and the registered rate together,(so the rest can be handling costs which I don't normally charge).

Thanks.
Will use that option if they win.
I have put that information into notebook for future reference.

this thread just reminded me of a joke.
Whats the difference between a rubber band and One Direction?
a rubber band is a real band
Sorry OP. I hope I don;t offend 🙂
