Allowing Invoice to be sent for multiple purchases

As a seller on my Posting Preference page it says that I allow an invoice to be sent for multiple purchases with payment in 3 days.  However, a buyer has advised me that he has put a number of my items in his cart (all with postage applied) but there is no option his end to request seller total.

My question is apart from allowing invoices on my postage page is there anything else I need to do with my account settings?

Re: Allowing Invoice to be sent for multiple purchases

Maybe check under your Account settings that  you do allow combined postage?

But more probably, the option is notoriously difficult to see or even be, on phones.

There are some workarounds, you could ask the person to commit to buy, and wait for an invoice, without using the cart.

Or he could just buy the 3 items and you could refund the postage difference.

Or he could tell you the 3 items he wants and you could prepare a special listing for him.

And on another subject, some of your coins have $1.70 with "Australia Post Standard Parcel"  I presume you are posting by letter, so you should change that postage option to reflect that.   Some buyers get peeved if you are offering parcel postage but use a letter.
