Hi, would like to ask for help or if anyone knows the steps to take.
I'm selling an item which is getting good daily sales.
This morning another seller has copied my main photo and copied and pasted my whole listing onto there ad.
What are my options to take, I've reported with EBAY but no help.
Regards,
Rwt Online.

Not sure why your spider senses are tingling for?

I looked at the item numbers you gave us.
Nothing in their feedback complaining about items arriving arriving from China.
They can't be registered in Australia, unless they are in Australia.
If they copied from you, why are their pics so much better quality?
Spidey senses -
It all boils down to who copied from who - and who to believe, IMO
Perhaps why ebay did nothing?

Hi, are you a seller on EBay as well?
- a lot of late delivery feedbacks
- there are plenty of dropshippers here (stock overseas ) therefore a lie to say stock is here in OZ.
- they edit on photoshop
My original post, was we were both selling the same products, I was selling more daily.
this morning they completely change there main photo and copied/pasted my description listing into their listing.
EBAY is looking into it, but I hold no hope.
I've dropped my price as I got a few stock left, than I'm out of EBAY, over it.

Must have mucked up the listing again. "No exact matches found"
In fact, no listings.
Must have taken his bat, ball and exercise machine and gone home. After all, he didn't get the validation he was looking for.

How do you know where their stock is? With their turnover they can well afford to import in bulk and despatch from Australia. Nobody is going to take your unsupported word for it, especially when they don't seem to have buyers complaining of slow delivery.

my original post / question was is there anything i can do when another seller uses my main photos and my writing description, to use in their own listing.

Apparently not. No matches found for your item number, and no listings when using 'view listings' directly above your avatar.
Maybe the other seller decided YOU were the one plaigarising and got your listings cancelled.
I'm not sure what your problem is anyway. eBay hold copyright to all images uploaded to their site, in that they can make them available to any seller who wants to use them.
If you have almost sold out, it is a moot point that the actions of the other seller will have any impact on your sales anyway.

Everythings fine on myside when i Click.
All my listings still showing.
Not that hard to understand.
My problem is someone else copying a complete ad and using for their own listing.
Was hoping to raise the issue up, as I thought someone would know the solution if any.
Ended up being a useless post.

Like Dave, I don't see any active listings for you, and the 2 items of gym equipment are now showing in completed listings.
