Here is another one buyer who dropped me a neutral for their failure to read the item description properly or if at all.
It says cardstock 3 times in the description. I don,t know what she was expecting for a total $3.80 which included postage.
For those wishing to BBL, I have left feedback for this buyer with info needed. Not sure how long it will stay there though.
For those who do not agree with that, that's fine. You don't have to look.
I just don't understand the mentality of buyers to leave these ratings and low DSR when it is clearly their mistake for not reading the description.
Cheers To All and happy selling. 🙂

Better place to name is on your follow up to feedback left for you. That stays.

I have had that removed a couple of times as well...nothing seems to stay for long.
Thanks for the comment though.
Cheers

I don't get it, either, and it remains one of the most baffling aspects of eBay / online selling to me. I get the same thing over sizing issues, amongst other things, despite having measurements in titles, descriptions and pics with the item shown to scale. I have no idea what people look at when they buy things, if it isn't any of those. o_O
Truth be told, I have made the same kind of mistake, on more than one occasion (i.e. where I have bought something, and received something that doesn't quite match what I expected). The first thing I do is look at the seller's listing again, and every single time, it's been an issue of me not looking at all the info provided, so if anything deserves a 1 star rating in those cases, it's my attention to detail.
I'd never dream of dinging a seller in such a case.

Yes, you are right about that.

Gift wrappers: I know exactly what you are talking about!!. Have had the exact same things happen.
Some buyer purchases an item and then it is not what is stated yet it is EXACTLY what is. Both the photo and model number.
They then leave false negative comments and Ebay refuses to remove when they should be law as it is defamation.
I also have had all reply comments removed. Nothing abusive etc. Simply stating item was exactly as listed.
And wait for this: When I asked a so called Ebay rep why one comment was removed it took an hour on the phone to get a reponse. They were obviously trying to invent some excuse and kept asking me to hold.
My reply comment was ''Item exactly as stated. Buyer did not want because was 2cm too big''.
This reply was removed.
The reason they gave was the comment was "not neccessary'. Apparently 'not necessary' is against Ebay policies..lol
Perhaps someone can figure what 'not necessary' means and how it breaks their policies..
Always record all conversations. Ebay has a habit of lying and being caught out targeting some accounts.
