Just to add to the discussion about Sendle's poor service. I've used them previously around 10 times without issue, I actually thought the service was quite good and a bit cheaper than AusPost. The other week I sold an item and had it listed for Sendle pick up on the Monday. Monday came and went - no one arrived. Contacted Sendle who advised it'll be picked up automatically the next day - Tuesday came and went, still nothing. Same advice, and yet still a third day with nothing to be picked up. After Wednesday being the third day I contacted eBay who advised the parcel had to have pick up rescheduled - at no point was this communicated to me in any form which was disappointing. So I thought maybe that's where the issue was, apparently you have to go to the 'manage labels' section and go from there to reschedule. So I did that - Thursday at 2pm still nothing. I just decided I had enough, cancelled the label and took it to Australia Post. I used Sendle about 10 times before that without issue but the amount of hassle this caused me has pushed me right back to Australia Post. Never again! Still no explanation as to why no one ever showed up for FOUR days other than a 'sorry, we were really busy'.

lezned has a habit of having recent experiences that contradict posters' experiences. I would take anything posted by lenzed as a personal experience with a grain (or several kilograms) of salt.

If you're going to make stuff up, at least try to make it believable.
I suggest you should read the forum rules once more, as you quite clearly missed the bit saying that baiting isn't permitted - and blind Freddy can see that is the sole purpose of your most recent post.
Now, since said post is a blatant lie directed towards myself, I expect both a retraction, and an apology.
Oh, and BTW, you're wasting your time trying to bait me. I have no intentions of playing your silly game.

In my experience - Buyers aren't surprised when Australia Post delivers late and as long as they can see the tracking I haven't had any issues, including one sale that took close to five weeks to get from Brisbane to Melbourne. (and I got positive feedback on that sale as well).
When I've tried Sendle (yes I know they are brokerage service) - Buyers have been less kind when items are delayed.
Sticking with AP as it has been less painful for me.

No retraction or apology. Your 'experiences' are too convenient to be true.
Unless, of course, you provide documented evidence.

Sendle tout themselves as having "Amazing Support" on their site but if anyone has ever had to contact them they would know this isn't true.

Sent 300 parcels plus- they will refund you post cost if not collected in 2 days. You do r have to reschedule yourself . I've always had an instant reply in chat window. Claims have always been approved. Only had 1 item lost of over 300. Aramex is the only courier that has let their service down.. I'm in sydney I'm.not sure if their service is bad elsewhere but never an issue really compared to AP.
