I am posting this under recent news too as MAYBE EBAY WILL NOTICE. Anyone else having problems wih ebay calling you back? I have just been on the phone for over an hour after they phoned me back waiting for them to pick up, after being told I would be the next caller. Figured I was stuck in the system so hung up and requested another call. They phoned me straight back again, put me on hold, telling me again they will be answering in a moment .......how many hours is 'just a moment for next available ebay agent' anyone know ???? Been another 20 minutes and still waiting ......

Just been on livechat with ebay. Problem has been going on 4-5 days, nice of them to inform buyers/sellers of the technical issues - NOT! Oh well, 3 hours wasted out of my life

My personal record is 6-1/2hrs listening to hold music.
Currently waiting for a callback today for over 3 hours and have about 12 ebay & paypal windows open with all of the details to be discussed in anticipation.

I know the feeling. I requested two callbacks last week and both times they said one minute and never called. I had everything open and ready ro discuss also.

It seems a common problem tp over the last 6 months I've requested call backs maybe half a dozen times only one was a prompt callback the rest were between 1/2 hour and an hour (or until I spat the dummy and hung up to request another one......).

I've started a new thread re an issue I'm having, but have also stated I cannot even get to the Call Me link today but I did phone and listened to a message "CS is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the computer system (so what else is new) and are unable to access customer accounts" Meanwhile all hell breaks loose . . . . .

I saw your new thread mb, looks like the system is self-destructing again (have the "improvers" been fiddling again perhaps??)
I take it that you've tried the usual cookie/cache reboot thingy, though it doesn't sound like that sort of problem.
