I am referring to the small green dollar sign that offers a lower price if you enter a code.....these are generated by eBay and they cover the discount. Sometimes I get a sale where I have paid the discount not eBay.
A clear example was an item I listed today [RRP approx $180] selling for $85 [postage included], it was about 5-6 hours ago [so certainly not ready to offer a discount]. There are a few of these items available on the one listing and the first one came through at about $80.50.
So after checking the listing it is still listed at $85 but it appears that again I have paid the discount. I know it is not a lot but these are something that I planned on listing low and not really making anything out of them.
Has anyone else had this?
This is the listing:

Thanks in advance 😉

Sorry for the additional post making this a bit disjointed, I tried to edit but it didnt work...
I have just checked the exact code and price and am not more confused [!!]
The code to use is PLACE but the price this gives you is : $82.45 so I am not sure how they paid $80.40 ??

Hmmmm...... didnt think of paypal, but usually I only see the paypal deduction if I go into paypal.....In ebay [and any notifications] they just show they sale price etc so agree it doesn't add up...
