I haven't used it, and tbh I wouldn't.

 

Do you really want to trust a bunch of kids (many of them still at school) with your eBay mail? I don't. The AP staff are bad enough.

 

I know that you may be covered, but that's not going to matter to the buyer when they leave you a big red dot because their shipment was damaged, was the wrong one, or was not there at all (because it was lost or because they turned up to the wrong store).

 

I work for another large retailer, and we have countless errors/problems with our "ship from store" service. The kids that work there don't care, as long as they get their $10 p/h.

 

IMO, it just creates another opportunity for something to go wrong.

Anyone using click and collect

We have been offering click and collect since it started and we get quite a few buyers use the service. Apart from one small problem in the very early stages we haven't had any other problems with it. Buyers who use it seem to really like the convenience of it.
