I am not sure what a Premium Listing is but:-
I would imagine it depends on how many "Levi Jeans" are listed.
If there are thousands, then it will depend on who is further up the scale, with options such as free-post, money back guarantees etc etc.

Nope, just money. Most people look at more than just the first item on the first page, especially if they're looking at price+postage order. The only waste of time on eBay, aside from non-paying buyers, is the Best Match view, along with the useless column to the right of the search results (Popular on eBay, featured etc.).

Hmm i offer all that, i see people offering "no returns accepted" but they are on first page makes no sense ...

I just did a search on men's levis. Free posting. All listings
There are 1500 odd listings. Yours is on the first page.
Not even half way down.
But I always search with 200 listings to a page.
