Are collectible items free to list if you have a basic store?

HI all,  I cannot understand the following: 

"*Auctions within the Collectables category are included in the monthly free listing
entitlement for Stores sellers."

So does this mean, of the 200 free listings I have paid for, is the collectible category "included" in these 200? Meaning if I list 201 items in the collectible category, I will pay a listing fee for the 201st listing? 

OR 

Does it mean I can list 200 of any category free as I have paid for them, plus unlimited in the collectibles category? I am confused.

hit the link I posted above. Its live. on the mid right, there is a sections saying that collectibles are still free.

yes....if you have a store & list auctions under 'collectables'...they are included in your free listings.

ie....I have a Featured Store...I pay $50 per month & get 500 listings for that....I sell mainly in Craft (which is considered a 'collectable') & I mainly use auctions as they are included in my package....once I go over my 500 listings, I sell BINs in other categories

WOW I am trying to list a new item, I noticed the thing that has been reassuring me all this time that I can still list in collectibles for free. 

What is going on here!?!

this is getting muddier. Why would they mention it if its part of my monthly subscription??

Essentially, is it possible, for me to use up my 200 paid for listings in whatever category I choose, and then list a further 50+ listings under collectables for free?

Because if its not, I have not idea why they mention it.

No......you can use your 200 for BINs OR/INCLUDING auctions under 'collectables'....see my message 14 of this thread for an example

You have 200 listings

Your options:

1) list 200 BINs (anywhere)

2) list 200 auctions under 'Collectables'

3) list a mixture of both

When you exceed the 200 (in total).....you will pay
