Just sent an invoice to a customer. I always get a copy sent to me ...... but this time its in GERMAN!   

Also earlier all my icons one sold items went black ...not the normal yellow and reds ...black envelopes and pen icons ...seeme to be back to normal colors now 

Anyone els getting glitched ?

OK the customer has paid ...and it shows in my summary but there is no option to 'Print postage label' There is an option to add tracking number. 

Oh well time to kick back with a scotch and coke and let it work itself out ...

Customer just got back to me. Their invoice came through no problem in English. They live in Oz but were registered on ebay in Germany many years ago. It seems every now and then ...it diverts to there when they buy ???

So that would explain why its not showing a link for postage because it thinks I have sold to someone in Germany.

Now my question is ... how can I print an ebay postage label for a 500g satchel or do I have to goto click and send and pay extra ?

If they paid with paypal, please ensure you check the address on the paypal order and that it is an Australian address, as THAT will be the address you should ship to.  Perhaps the buyer has not updated ALL their details on either ebay or paypal.

Yup address is aussie address. They have been in oz for years it seems just everynow and then the system has a brain frrt and thinks  they are still in Germany. 

Did a label through click and lose ...um I mean send.
