Arrrgh ! Can I do anything ?

Just received neg feedback from a buyer who has no feedback at all. Bidded on a play station game. End of auction asked to pay $10 it sold for $12 and wanted to pick up. I said sorry no pick up avail and its $12. Two days later I copped neg feedback and he said I never posted. True but he hasn't paid!! Can I get my strike removed?!? Trivial at end of day I guess but just annoys me when people just want to play a game which has me out of pocket and my perfect feedback looking **bleep** now! And how do I block him?

First of all copy and paste his user name into your blocked bidder/buyer list - you'll find that on you ebay summary page, down near the bottom there should be a link.

Then use customer support, get ebay's phone number and ask them to remove the neg as the buyer never paid. Make sure you have all the correspondence ready to go as well as the item number for your sale.

4 days after the sale time and date open a non payer dispute and then 4 days later close it.

This will give the buyer a non payer strike, the feedback will be removed and you get your fees credited back from the sale.
