I can't spoil him too much as I have 2 others and sibling rivalry is alive and well amongst my four kids, who are supposed to be adults by now:^O
However, grandchild #4 is due in six days, so I might take a peak;-)

I do have a large store which does help, but I have built that up over the last 5 years and I have a 35% repeat business each month. I offer great customer service and post out with 24 hours of payment. To my regular buyers I add something in their parcel which doesn't cost very much and it might be left over old stock or 1 of a packet of something that might make them come back and buy next time, but the customer really appreciates a freebie. I read a lot in the early stages how to be successful and customer service was one of the main factors plus I have a passion for what I sell and I buy what I like and it seems to work. I even sell to overseas buyers 2-3 times a week. I hope this helps. Cheers

well after months of hard work, we have finally moved house and (almost) settled into our new abode. I was without a computer at the new place for several months, but have finally got an i'net connection, new laptop, new scanner and am ALMOST ready to start up ebaying again, properly!!
having my stock only partly sorted and limited space in the new place isnt helping, but so far this month
