Am I missing something, or doesn`t Aust Post show the postage price for mailing tubes on their website ?
I`m selling posters, and most are under 500gr so cost the same no matter where they're being sent, but over 500gr is based on distance, but I can`t find anything to do with tubes/cylinders on their website. Does anyone know if its just based on normal weights ?

It seems like it's based on standard weight pricing (as opposed to cubic weight). The online postage calculator should be able to give you a relatively accurate result if you enter the tube dimensions and weight - I tested one from Adelaide to Sydney, tube dimensions 6cm diameter x 72cm long, weighing 600 grams and was quoted $12.45, which is the same as a small parcel that definitely wouldn't be cubed.

Thanks DG
I did try that, but thought maybe I was doing it wrong cause it was a massive difference in price. Up to 500gr is only $6.95 anywhere in Australia, thought double for a few grams extra was a bit rich. But thats Aust Post I guess
Thank again
