Hi Today I came across the user ID australiapoststore They appear to be Australia Post & are using their logos (but I could be wrong) Anyway the irony is that their own postage time/charges DSRs are 4.6 stars Leave little hope for the rest us sellers!

They are where you buy the Click and Send satchels.

Yes it is Australia Post, where they sell the click and send satchells, and the majority of their poor DSRs and their negatives are from disgruntled aust post customers who think it is smart to take there grievances out on the ebay site.

Never had an issue with the the AP site for buying satchels from.
And the negs are not deserved just idiots thinking they are smart.

Beg to differ! When satchels have sticky strips that can't be opened for use without the satchel ripping therefore making the product unusable, or when items are not received or arrive with long delays, I would say that neutral or negative feedback is warranted. Don't call buyers idiots for leaving negative feedback in these circumstances, that's just unfair.

While I will admit that the tear of strips are not particularly arthritic hand and wrist friendly if I can manage them (there is a knack to it) then it cannot be too hard for the vast majority and I have never had to wait more than 4 or 5 working days for them to arrive.

What pj said.
And if you look at the comments, you will see most of them have nothing to do with the purchase of satchels.
