Australia Posts new postage calculator

ive been trying to use APs new parcel post calculator. the old one had a place to put in package weight and box size then you got your quote. now the new one just has a page where you type in where your posting from and where your posting too. when i put in my post code i get a list of areas, but when i click on mine (where the local post office is) it revert to just my post code, same with when i try to enter where i want to post too. then it gives me a "whoops you seem to have made a mistake please try again" message.

anyone else having similar problems?

Tried it the other day, it is not as user friendly, there is a second page where you enter the weights etc.  With the first page, youput in the postcode and then you must select the actual suburb from the pop up list, it doesn't recgnise it if you type it in.  Once it accepts your entries there it will take you to the weights page.

works fine forme maybe try another browser I use Chorme

when you put in you post code you get a drop down menu and you need to pick the area same for the destination. then you get a new page with regular/express click the Features & options and you get the boxes to add wieght and size

yeah ive tried chrome same result, type in postcode works, get the dropdown list, click on my locality or recipients but then it doesnt add those to the address bar, just reverts to post code only which doesnt work when you try to go forward to the next step.

there was never any issues with the old version, worked fine every time. thanks for the improvement AP, good to know our extra charges are being well spent.
