I had a good day today in selling, better than my last few Sundays. My biggest day , believe it or not is usually a Monday.
I think people get the Monday blues, and decide to splash some cash.
I hope the sales keep coming, as it has been quite dissapointing in the last month or so.
I hope everyone else gets some good sales! Fingers crossed.

Sorry guys, but I have to admit I HAVE actually had one of my best days for the year. It is probably just a coincidence. I had 130 auctions from last weeks freebies finishing today with quite a few selling. Also sold one of my most expensive items in the stores and had lots of smaller BIN sales. My items are not really christmasy so its probably just luck. I did get the top seller tips tonight, so it will probably be lights off for the next couple of days.

Can't complain here. I've just finished packing the weekend's parcels 🙂

A normal sunday sees about a half dozen sales for me, but this sunday I only had two. I have a measly pile of 8 parcels to post, usually I have about 20 on a monday (posting twice a week)
Monday and Thursday are my biggest days oddly enough

same here minimal sales..this would have to be the worst Christmas lead up for us including the GFC era...people just arent spending..in fact this whole year has been very average..extremely unhappy with the level of service and site quality from Ebay..exhorbitant fees vs woeful customer service..buggy site issues..and the dreaded search engine system...hope it picks up for all..

I was talking to the manager of my local Post Office ( reasonable sized regional PO with 5 counter staff ). She said that internet parcel traffic peaked two years ago and has been declining since. If you consider that many of the big brands and stores have only really got their own online presence cranking in the last two years, and add all of the smaller sellers who have started their own sites recently, there must be a huge drop off in ebay postal traffic over that period. Coincidentaly this time period alighns with all of ebays crazy decisions and Australia Post charges becoming unviable for many smaller items.
