Block Buyers List

This is a two part question:

#1  Is there a quick way to get to my BBL?  I have to go to the Customer Service tab and ask the question of Bidder Block List to reach a category and then open that tab.

#2  I added four people to my BBL after doing all the above and hit submit and when I went back to double check they were gone.  Now some previous names were there but some had disappered as well.  Now one of those people are bidding on one of my items so how do I fix this problem?

Re: Block Buyers List

that wouldn't happen on eBay Australia.  I think you need to ask operational questions on eBay USA boards as the system seems to be different out here in Aussie

Re: Block Buyers List

As putney said, I am guessing you have been on different sites  around the globe when adding to BBL, the info is probably only viewable when logged into those sites.

Re: Block Buyers List

You can get to the BBL by using the site map, right down the bottom of the page.

Or just bookmark it in your browser.

I can't help with the second part of your question but with the first one, you can add the link to your blocked bidder list on your my ebay selling page.

On mine, on the left hand side near the bottom of the page is a list of shortcuts.

Click on 'edit shortcuts' and then you can enter the name of your new shortcut "blocked bidders" and then add the URL.

Add and save.

The OP is registered in the USA.  Does the BBL work the same way on all sites?
