Theres been some robust discussion lately on other threads about adding buyers to your BBL. I only have around a dozen on mine. Theres the two total fruit loops who sent me very long messages about ebay being a zionist plot to get all of our bank details and on such & such a date, the jews would take all of our money ( or something similar ) , Theres the three idiot non payers who promptly bid on the relisted item after I had already gone through the non payment dispute process with them. Theres the postage pirate seller who tried to charge me $65 postage for $21.05 actual cost. ( I had to break this guys Ebay kneecaps........ hypothetically speaking of course !!! ) and a handfull of the occasional rude, arrogant, ignorant buyers who you are never going to please. ( the queen talked about them a few years ago in her annual speech, "anus horribalis" ) or pains in the A#S as I call them. Of course theres also a few of the regular posters on these forums ( JUUUUUST KIDDING FOLKS !!!!! ) . In the words of the literary legend, sporting giant and noted philosopher Jeff Fenich I LOUUUVES YOUUUSSS ALL !!! Anyway what is it that gets under your skin so much that you will devote three minutes of your life that you will never get back, to add some-one to your BBL.

I usually only block non-payers, but recently have added a couple of other buyers who proved problematic:
One who bought 2 completely different items with a few days of each other, and wanted the first delivered in a completely impossible time frame, and the second a full refund because he wasn't happy with the items and generously offered to take the refund and then throw the item in the bin rather than return it to save me the inconvenience.
The other buyer claimed that I had sold him an item not as described, after buying seeds which were clearly described as seeds in the listing title and in the description. He complained that my listing was deceptive (not sure why, maybe he saw pictures of the plants that grow from the seed, he hit buy it now without reading anything). When I pointed out all the points where the items were correctly described, he then tried to claim that I was remiss in not including growing instructions, which I then pointed out were actually in the listing description and offered to copy and paste the information and email it to him. When I check his feedback left for others, he has a long history of leaving negs, demanding and recieving refunds for 'items not as described'. Checked his feedback last night, and he's still at it. I'm not sure how some buyers get away with this behaviour, which seems to me to be bordering on fraud and theft.

so far as a relatively new seller i only have 1 person on my blocked list
This was a guy who bid on an item then the next morning retracted the bid stating "incorrect amount entered"
When i emailed the guy and asked about it he told me "he didnt have the money"
This was after a few emails from him prior about him buying my item.
ebay was notified of the breach as he the reason he retracted his bid wasnt sufficient. If he had spoken to me about it prior i would have agreed to cancel his bid (still would have blocked him though)
I will also block ANY non payers
