Hi. Has anyone recently had an alleged claim made by a recent buy with the description that the buyer does not recognise the transaction? And then after contating the buyer, they say they know nothing about the claim and never made a claim? I've been both the seller with a claim made from a buyer who didn't do it, and the supposed buyer aking a claim I never did. eBay are unwilling to help wth either despite my buyer giving feedback for receivg the item/

I received one the other day that a buyer does not recognise the transaction. They also do not answer messages as I tried to contact them so I can refund them but I require the item back. My next step will need to be a phone a call but then they are only 5 minutes out of my way which would be priceless.

I had one a couple of years ago. 3 mo this after tracking disappeared from Aus Post tracking, buyer opened charge back with bank through PayPal, but claimed she didnโt. Despite leaving feedback stating happy with item, confirmation from Aust Post of delivery time and date, email from buyer who confirmed receipt, westpac still went ahead with chargeback and received funds back. Luckily PayPal protected me so I didnโt lose the funds.

Had one recently where the buyer paid for the item and said he had trouble at the time paying for it. I posted it and when he received it he claimed he didn't buy it and wanted his money back and return the item...I simply didn't reply and never heard any more about it....Some really dodgy buyers on here lately for a whole number of reasons. This is just another one!
