A buyer claims his children made a purchase from me. I was never paid and he requested a cancellation after I sent an invoice and emailed him. He appears new to eBay (5 stars) and he has not responded to the cancellation request which was sent days around 4 days ago. I have emailed the buyer again and asked he please accept the cancellation he requested but I haven't received a response. I also politely explained that I need him to accept the cancellation to get my fees credited back to me for the purchase.
What are my options?

No-one's really sure what his messages mean Roza! In future, forget the cancellations and go the unpaid route, regardless of whether the buyer requests a cancellation. As you've learned, you do what they ask and they don't have the decency to go through with it.
I hope you've added that buyer to your special party list......
