Buyer asked a question and was interested in buying from me.
I checked their feedback left & they have left a large amount of red dots.
Should I let them know I don't want to sell to them or just ignore their question?

Just ignore.
Thank you for the heads up, that is one I wouldn't want to deal with.

I would ignore especially as they may have been sent a lot of carp from the many sellers on ebay that don't give a darn.
The buyer has left a lot of very complimentary feedback for others.
We were a horse family and this one appears to be one too, in my experience generally horse families are good and don't stand for any nonsense, even though they may not have given sellers a chance to rectify, I would sell to this one.

HI THERE
I'VE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE BUT THE BUYER ACTUALLY ALSO HAD HIS OWN EBAY STORE. AFTER TALKING TO HIM OVER THE PHONE (HE PHONED ME) I DECIDED I DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AND ADDED HIM TO MY BLOCKED LIST. 5 MINUTES LATER HE RANG ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THE PURCHASE. I PLAYED DUMB BUT THAT DID NOT STOP HIM. IT TURNED OUT HE HAD MULTIPLE ID'S AND USED ONE OF THESE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.
SOMETIMES IT'S HARD TO STAY ONE STEP IN FRONT OF LOW-LIFE WHO SEEM TO KNOW EVERY TRICK IT THE BOOK

I would not block, the negs they have left are certainly not the only ones the sellers have received and while I probably not have purchased from them if I had and te goods were not up to par I would have left a neg too.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Lol
Even several of the positives scream block
Quite a few "never receiveds" and "got money back" type comments in that lot.
