Hi! Buyer paid for item and item was posted on the same day as purchase (QLD to VIC). In 2 days buyer sent me message : "I'm regret I don't want to buy your item plz do full refund". I have respond him I agree to refund but after you get and post it back. He dont want to understand and just sent me same messages : "I need you refund plz otherwise I'll leave a negative feedback!". In this situation I think he just want to get free item and never tell truth about receiving.
Please advise me what i have to do.
Thanks.

Thanks for advises guys. When I can block this member?
I believe you can block right now to prevent them bidding on other items you have listed. They can still contact you regarding the current transaction though. But afterwards (after the current transaction) you can also block them from contacting you.

He has given you a reason to remove negative feedback. Negative feedback can not be used to blackmail a seller and is against ebay policy.
I'd not refund it, contact ebay immediately (by phone) and tell them what is happening and ask them to look at communications and ask if they will revise negative feedback if he leaves it.
This is simply a another method of blackmailing a seller into giving a refund.

Hi, best advice let it go. You have been scammed and you have lost your item and hopefully learnt from it. If you carry on you will just end up scammed with a negative feedback to go with it. Seller beware
Given that the buyer blackmailed him, he has every right to have any negative feedback removed. If a neg was left, it has been removed as his feedback is 100%. This also took place 2 weeks ago, so I'm sure if there were any developments, the OP would have advised us.

Thanks guys. So I have sent the refund to him and have let him know with all details of refund transaction. It was at 30th Jul.
Now in 3 days he text me: "I haven't receive yet, the refund so I'm still waiting".
What can I do now, I am tired from this buyer already.

If they paid via Paypal and you used the refund link in Paypal, the funds will go back to wherever the buyer sent them from ie if they used their credit card or bank account to fund the purchase,it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to display.
If they paid via bank deposit,it can also take a few working days for the refund to show up.
Hope you've blocked them as sound like a pest.
You can also use the report option on ebay messages if they continue to harrass you.

As per my previous post though,it depends on how the buyer funded their Paypal payment as to how long before they will physically see the money in whatever funding source they used.
