Buyer changed his mind from postage to pick up

Someone bought my phone and paid for postage but he decided to pick up. I gave the phone to him and mark it as sent but ebay is asking for delivery details. Is there a way to matk it as pick up. Buyer already gave his feedback

can you send a new invoice with pick-up/zero postage, then mark as 'payment received'?

How to you intend to prove the buyer pick it up if they open a dispute?

Very risky, expensive item for an inexperienced seller

Especially when the buyer changes his mind about postage
