Buyer changes amount later

It is not a bad thing whem a buyer increases the amount later - but I realized that I cannot edit the invoice manually. Right?

Buyer changes amount later

do you mean the number of items they want to buy in the one listing?

They added a second product. Of course that's nice.

Assuming they have not paid yet. In the menu next to the item in "sold items" you should see a "send invoice" icon. If you click on this you should see "include other eligable items " If you click on this you should be able to combine the postage for the two items and send them all on one invoice.

If they have paid for the first item you can revise your postage cost on the second items invoice to reflect combined postage BUT please note, this may leave you open to a claim for both if the parcel goes missing as it is not completely correct procedure. I still use this system regularly and have never experienced a claim. Buyers are just pleased to recieve a postage discount. It pays to include a message to the buyer on the invoice explaining why you have reduced the postage cost on the second item.

The last resort if they have paid seperately for both items is either send them seperately ( correct procedure ) or do a partial paypal refund for combined postage, ( not strictly correct procedure, but keeps customers happy ) again with message explaining why. This is what I do  and again have never experienced a claim from it.
