Buyer did not accept pick up only and lives in another state?

I stated local pick up only , buyer asks me to pack the item large and weighty , and says hell organise transport. Never asked me before auction ended , and has shreudly paid already! This is my first sale on Ebay, I think this person is wrong to act this way, should i refund how?

noboo, If the buyer says they will arrange Transport, it may mean the may have someone they know ( Friend, Family etc ) to collect it from you on their behalf. Contact the Buyer and ask them what the situation is and then ask all the questions you want and see how it goes.  I personally wouldn't start worrying just yet.  Hope that helps a little

You do not have to do as the buyer asked/ demanded if the listing was a pickup item only. If they paid by paypal just go into paypal and refund their money. If they leave you negative feedback ring ebay and ask to have it removed as the buyer wanted posted but it was listed as puck up.
If you want to allow him to organise transport then it's up to him to pack it.

OK. If the buyer says they will arrange collection, I would wait & see. If you still don't want to go through with the sale, do what h b h says and do a refund and call ebay about it.  It may not be as hard as it seems.
