Buyer has said that the dress received has a rip? In it and threatens bad feedback

I believe there was no rip if there iis maybe some stitching has come undone. I sent an email back saying send back and I will refund, and they agreed and now have sent off address.
I just emailed them asking how big is the rip? And is it a rip or has the stitching come undone.
Overall this is a very minor flaw, I have looked at my pics and can see nothing, it looks fine.
What is significantly as described? They threatened bad feedback, how my blood pressure jumps when I hear this lol.

it is obviously too small for her and she ripped it trying it on.

stand your ground with paypal when she opens a dispute.

I agree with Putney....it has obviously been damaged in trying it on.  Stand your ground....your photos are clear enough to show that there was no damage when you listed the dress.

I would not offer refund as she has had the garment for over a week without letting you know. I suspect she has worn it and yes it was damaged then.

You have photos prior to sending garment.

I agree with other comment stand your ground - report the neg feedback also.

BUT if you do not want any angst then refund but this would leave a bad taste in my mouth if it was me.

PLUS if you do intend on refunding ensure she returns garment plus pays for return postage.
