Buyer opened item not received case but has messaged me item recieved HELP!

The Buyer opened a case and has messaged me she has received the item but has "not closed" the case

will ebay send a refund?

i cant contact ebay THEY WONT HELP SELLERS only the buyers..

Why won’t she close the case? You could contact eBay & have them read her message to you….
