You wouldn't warn me either, most of my items are BIN and I have no intention of spending time that could be spent doing listings etc in checking the feedback of everyone who bids on my items just to see if they had negative feedback. In all the many years sellers could leave negs for buyers I never ever looked.
Sometimes a chargeback is wrongly initiated without the buyer's knowledge, if you left a comment telling anyone they had not paid then you could leave yourself open to a libel charge as you would if the ebay account had been hacked and the owner of the account had no knowledge of what was happening.

For an unauthorised use of a credit charge back, if you are able to provide proof of postage which meets Paypal's standards Paypal will often deny the bank's claim so the buyer does not automatically receive the funds back.
If the card holder then contests this decision claiming it is definitely unauthorised use Paypal may ask for further information from the seller so they can fight it with the bank. They don't place the funds on hold for a second time but reopen the case in order to try and get more information.
Paypal will also often restrict a customers account if the customer goes outside the Paypal network and straight to their bank as they prefer their customers to use the dispute resolution which they have in place.
