Hi all
I am having a strange situation with a buyer. On the 22nd of December, a buyer (only feedback score of 4) purchased 8 of my $8 items at the same time. This isn't too unusual, however they did not respond to any of my communications. Then again on the 26th they purchased another 1 of the same item. Again I sent a polite email and an invoice with free postage to include it with their other order. Again no communication, but the next day they purchased 2 more of the same. I am not sure what to do, but I am thinking that 4 days after the last purchase I will put in for a non-payment of all . I have put them on my blocked buyer's list so that they don't purchase any more. I am worried that if I put in for a non-payment, then they will purchase more and pay for it and then give me bad feedback. It is very strange behaviour. What are they trying to do? How would you deal with this?
Thanks for any help

Pepper - most days we get at least one phone call from an inexperienced ebayer who has got lost in the ebay system. A lot of them don't think they have even purchased because as they tell me - it hasn't been paid for so how could they possibly have purchased it.
Ebay is a very difficult site to navigate so I can totally understand how confusing it is for inexperienced buyers.

Ok, I'm happy to do that - I hope that they don't feel that I'm invading their privacy by calling them directly. How do I get their number? I can probably find out how somewhere here, but if it is easy for you to describe, that would be great.

To get the contact details a member that you have a current transaction with:
- Next to the blue Search button at the top right of the page clicked Advanced
- From the list that appears on the right, under members, select Find contact information
- Complete the relevant details and the buyers/sellers contact details will be emailed to your email address (and yours will also be emailed to the other person)

Thanks for explaining that. Hmmm, I did it and phoned her, however the number is diconnected. She will have my number now, but maybe she doesn't have email access at the moment.

If the number is disconnected then report them to ebay for false contact details, if ebay arer unable to contact them by phone they may de-register them and then the sale can be cancelled.
