Hi. My buyer wants to use PayPal - I understand why. How does eBay pay me if he does use PayPal? Does it make any difference to me - that is does eBay still pay the net proceeds into my bank account?

They do, but you will still have a 30 day hold on your funds since eBay see you as a 'new' / infrequent seller
The buyer does not pay into Managed Payments, eBay does

yes, there are many ways to pay, but only 1 way to receive funds (MP)

"My buyer wants to use PayPal "
Being a new seller and with the item you've sold, you need to be very sure the buyer isn't a SCAMMER who "pretends" to pay by Paypal.

Yikes, I did not actually look at the listings
I agree, but I'd also say, at those prices, be very careful anyway, in all aspects
Exactly the type of items, plus inexperienced seller that attracts scammer buyers from all corners of the woodwork

Good luck, you will need it

Why on earth are you not putting these items through reputable auction houses - where the outcome is totally decided.
You send this off - get a case opened for - not as described - do a return - and get a penny posted back - you have no proof that was not what you sent.
eBay should go back to garage sales - safer.

Where is your buyer, and what does their feedback look like? Have they been around a long time? Do they sell, themselves?
