What was the reason given for the return by the buyer?

The buyer can not return it for change of mind

Your listing for that clock states 'no returns'

Have you called ebay and asked to speak to a more senior person each time you don't get a sensible answer?

The problem with the MBG is that if the buyer's claim is for item not working/faulty/not as described, eBay will most likely find in favour of the buyer, regardless of whether you state "no returns". How the hell a seller is suppose to prove it was working prior to sending is beyond me
The seller has put in their response that the clock was serviced - IF this is the case - receipt from serving might assist to get a defence against over the line.

When it was recieved it would not work,

Well it was and the buyer was given a Stat Dec by me signed under oath.

Yes it does but ebay over rules that.
