well obviously you can't cancel bids putney on a buy-it-now item, I am surprised that you didn't know that 😛

I think Putney was asking a rhetorical question... I'm surprised you didn't know that..

Absolutely nothing wrong with the feedback you left! You arestating facts so disregards what some members have stated. I feel very angry that this person did this to you!
I will give you an example of what someone just did to me. Left me a neutral for a CRACKED CASE which was sent in a box. I asked to revise if I give her $10 refund, send a replacement case or return item and I pay for return postage. Person was absolutely horrible. Then they agreed to a $10 refund which I did and eBay does nothing to remove it! Even though I have sent her 3 options and if she is happy I could fix it from these 3 solutions if she revises the feedback. I would not have done the refund if I knew this would happen. No response to feedback revision request. EBay did nothing to remove it.
In addition out of some 25 feedback 6 were neutral
Or negative left by her!!! Any suggestions (sorry to hijack OPs thread).

This whole thing has a very pungent odour to it.
It would be disgusting if these people were being used deliberately to attack Aussie sellers.
And if so,who would do such a thing....who indeed.
And why?
Covering more angles than the obvious is becoming an absolute necessity, particuarly when your financial survival depends on it.
Oh,and for those who say Ebay wouldn't allow such a thing to happen or continue....if it does,it will leave people considering the above, which could get pretty messy.
This whole serial neg feedback scenario needs to be stopped,Immediately!

Thank you bluelillypilly. Sent off your item this morning. You can be rest assured that ALL my MAC items are 100% authentic.
It really upsets me when someone writes such incorrect rubbish with out proof. I do know from personal experience that MAC Stores and David Jones NEVER looks at good purchased on ebay to guarantee its authenticity (it is against their policy) so I don't know where this buyer got her information from - anyway - again I say she is making it her quest to damaged as many sellers as she possibly can!
Ebay has got back to me on this case - they WON'T take away the feedback but are investigating her moves and comments. Hopefully she will be banned from ebay. She doesn't even give you a surname when she buys - just a first name! REALLY SUS!

Is it possible that the buyer may work directly for or on behalf of MAC?

No, if that was the case the OP would have received letter from their solicitor not FB.
