Buyer won't return item for FULL refund - Leaves NEG's

Buyer buys four items and says that one item was broken. He was repeatedly  offered a FULL refund by returning the one only item but he does not correspond nor return the item but instead, he leaves FOUR Neg's. What's the stance for the seller ?

That's a real pearler indeed as it's obviously why all of my businesses have been so successful even when the worlds greatest treasurer put us into a mess and right up 'til now.

may I ask you a couple of questions regarding you picking up some more of my RUDEST comments too....or after some of the buyers

1)  What you do or say to a buyer who leaves a poor taste Neg WHEN the product he purchased was brand NEW and still in shrink wrap ?  By the way, that buyer had "open" feedback at the time but as he has had a NEG himself, he flew like a bat out of hell and immediately went to HIDDEN feedback. ALSO by the way, he too was offered a FULL refund albiet factory sealed. did he send it back? NO

2) If a buyer of three items had a tinge of a problem.....that being that a new young staff member made  mistake in sending one of his purchases to another buyer ( who incidently never sent it back after I gave him $10 to cover posting it back to me ) this seller received more abuse than I have EVER had in all my life. he advised me that he is a lawyer (which he isn't) and that he would sue me for everything. What he forgot however, is that this seller apologised prefusely for the mistake by the new staff packer and also said that as I had another of that piece in stock, I'll post it to you free of charge. His response was "you are selling against Ebays rules by offering this mistake elsewhere" etc etc SELLING IT WAS I !!! NO. IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM FREE OF CHARGE

So there's the question in what we you do or say ?

Once again, I will persist in saying....If any buy lies or are simply unable to communicate  calmly and rationally. you'll GET what I RECEIVED

CODE  1  Models produced totally by the manufacturer.

CODE 2  Models that have had logos applied by a secondary company under license or as a sundry company for small promotional runs

CODE 3  This is the refinishing or alteration of a model by adding new logos, repainting,adding more detailed finish all without the agreement of the manufacturer

A code 3 is reference solely of hobby car models (which are called pieces) that are predominately made in die-cast with plastics and lean towards or are collector pieces and not toys. Put simply, it means that that piece is no longer as it was originally made as was designed and then produced by the manufacturer. It is an alterd piece be it with placing such as a small sticker on to it and right up to heavy modifications, colours and so on. In this instance, this International tow truck has never been made by any manufacturer and in the first instance, it was a Kenworth W900 tow truck and hence to it's absolute rarity.

I trust that this will be helpful in the future for prospective die-cast piece buyers. Please also note that many hobbiests do do code 3's and even they don't know that it then becomes a code 3. The best way to look at it is to scan to diecast models and then type in code 3. You will see some absolutely beautiful pieces such as Cortina MK I 2 door cars modified to a convertable and so. Yep, some STUNNING pieces indeed. I have been doing code 3 trucks since just out of nappies and I love it. Approximately 50% have been done for the purpose of selling
