Buyers can't see combined invoices

I sold several items last week and they all went to 2 different buyers. I have created and sent combined invoices to both of them but both are saying that they cannot see the invoice.


I spoke to live chat when I first found out about the problem and they said that the invoice was there and all they had to do was click pay now. Have just now discoved that the second buyer also cannot see the invoice and this buyer is an experienced buyer and seller so not likely to be mistaken.


I'm not sure what to do now.

I would send another invoice, the new one will override the old.


Make sure to tick all the items so they combine, add the postage if you need to change it and DO NOT click re-calculate as that reverts it back again.


You can then preview to make sure it's correct and send.

Thanks for replying. I no longer see the option to send the invoice. Should I uncombine and then do it all from scratch?

No need. You will have send invoice in your list of sold items but it won't be next to the items. It will be in the drop down menu just above the top item of that purchase order. I think it says more actions from memory. 🙂

I'm lost, I feel like such a noob.


 


So I've clicked on "sold".


I have the buyers details with the items listed underneath, I have 3 tabs at the top, I have tabs to the right of the buyer's names listed under "actions" but none of these give me an option to send the invoice.


What have I missed?

That's ok, I often do nooby things. :^O


There should be Mark as Paid to the right, under that one is more actions and in that drop down menu should be view order, send invoice etc.

Honestly, it's just not there.


I've just had another long online chat. Cust rep was in my account and theirs and couldn't work it out. They suggested sending the invoice direct from paypal so I've done that.


 


Hopefully it's all good now.

Sounds like you resolved it.



But I am thinking that from the sounds of it you are viewing the "selling manager screen" and not the myebaysummary screen which would be why you can't see what other posters are describing.



To send combined invoices from the myebaysummary you need to have this set to All Selling,



??if you can't see your selling activity on your summary page, it may be because you have it set to your buying activity.



There is a small option at the top of the summary page and you can select your "eBay landing page" from clicking on this link this.

Sorry, forgot to add - you need to select "all selling" not "selling manager summary"
