Buyers not understanding how to combine postage.

Does anyone else continuously have problems with customers not understanding how combined postage works?

Example, I get heaps of people ask me if I combine postage (which I do) and then explain that you need to commit to buy each item (but not pay for them individually) and then the postage will combine automatically at the very end. But nearly every time they always pay for each item separately. Or people will buy the items and pay separately for each one, and then send me a message after asking me to combine the postage.

I'm finding myself needing to go into PayPal and refund postage costs nearly everyday. Even some of these members have hundreds of feedback and been a member of 5+ years.

Why is this so confusing for so many members and does anyone else have this problem?

It did get a little torrid last night Stalks due in part to the hienous actions of certain members.

Sounds like we picked a good day to go to the big smoke today then? It was quite pleasant. About 90 km from home and it's still hot there. Lots of low cloud on the Mountains and it was quite cool. We got cloud in the car!

It has been total bliss today Tippy.....only 23, several degrees less than the forecast.

I hope it continues tomorrow.   I am so glad I don't live in the Western Suburbs....they have had days on end up in the 40s.  It would kill me.

How did you get on....I presume you and Mr Tippy had an appointment at the hospital?

Yep BG. I had a German Shepherd who would bark any time somebody came to the front door. Unless it was the pizza bloke. HE had to ring because my office was at the other end of the house and I couldn't hear him knock. And Shannon wouldn't bark because she loved him. Or at least the 2 slices she got, plus the greased cardboard for regularity.

It actually wasn't that bad in the western burbs either today. They were saying 30 something, I reckon closer to mid 20's. The humidity near killed me today. I could never go back to living near the coast.

Yes, a follow up appointment today. That doctor doesn't want to see him again until August. Have another appointment in May with the surgeon. All in all, everyone is happy! It was a long day though.
