Buyers wanting to use their own postage

Lately I have 2 different bidders request to send me their own postage satchel / stamps if they are the successful bidder. What's with that? I've bought and sold stuff for years and not encountered this until the last couple of months. Both times I've declined. Anyone else had this happen and how did you handle it?

I've had similar requests and never minded using theres. Can still use click and send. So long as costs are covered I don't really see the issue but I may be missing something?
