CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE TO REMOVE DEFECTS-SEVERAL WHICH ARE INCORRECT

Does anyone else have this issue? I have been issued with several incorrect defects, which I cannot get removed. CHAT STAFF are completely useless and range from mind numbingly slow to quite aggressive and hostile How can I get this resolved as my seller rating has dropped significantly. HOW CAN I GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!!

Personally I have never had a problem getting unwarranted defects removed.

Having had a quick look at your replies to  +FB, why should it matter to you or ebay, how many defects you accrue on the way out the door.
