If you are already participating, but don't want to offer Click & Collect, you have two opt-out options:
To opt out altogether, go to Site preferences in My eBay. Edit the Click & Collect option and select opt-out. (Note: If you change your mind after you've opted out, you'll need to register your interest again.)
If you don't want to offer Click & Collect on certain listings, you can select this when listing or revising your item. Look for the check box in the Postage and payments section of the listing form, or use your business policies or listing tools to set postage preferences for individual listings
Thank you for the information. Will opt out as I've only had one order sent c/- Woolworths, they didn't scan correctly and the buyer contacted me after waiting 3 weeks! Luckily it ended well.
