Can I put a listed item on sale if I don't have an eBay store?

With my ongoing Buy It Now listings that aren't selling, can I reduce the price it was up for and have it show to to buyers that it's now less? Or can you only have sales through an eBay store?

If you mean markdowns being shown, that is only for store holders.

I sometimes put in the description in bold - Reduced from $250 down to $150.

But first go to active in selling and click on that.

It will show you if you can send offers to your watchers.
