Hi guys, just wondering if neg feedback can be removed in the case where a buyer lodges a 'significantly not as described case' with paypal and loses (the claim is found in favour of seller)? If so how would one go about it?
Thanks!

^ I know that PayPal's official term is Significantly... but what the OP said was that the claim was found in favour of the seller. Without being more specific than that, it could mean any number of scenarios, which is why I asked for clarification and not assumed anything.
Obviously second hand leotards are allowed as the pre loved option is available in the item specifics, for swimwear and underclothes the option is not there.
The item was listed in dancewear - there are things that are dancewear that can be sold pre-owned, leotards is not one of them. punch*drunk has confirmed this on the boards many times with their experience (cancelled listing due to this policy violation), and we all know that just because one slips through, it doesn't mean it's allowed.

Sorry DG, did not mean to sound so pedantic. But i do feel that the significant part is relevant; just because PP did not consider the item significantly not as described, does not mean it was as described. 🙂
In any case, considering that it seems the OP did list the leotard in breach of eBay rules, i think it would be unwise to try to have the FB removed. Maybe they would like also a violation against their ID?

It's all good 🙂 - in hindsight my reply probably came across (unintentionally) brusque.
I still think the defamation route would be the best shot for this case.
