I have 40 free listings this month starting today but I can not list a single item because ebay says that I reached my total listings available for this month.
WAKE UP ebay it's 1st of June!
Why is ebay still showing that it's May?
Does ebay go by US date and time?
Anyone know the answer? I would appreciate it thanks in advance.

When we first started out it took a couple of months of selling before they would increase our selling limits.
Keep chasing them as they will do it, but you can only request one increase per 30-day period.
Once your feedback positive score gets up a bit and your sales are showing happy customers these limit increases will get easier.
We were on the phone once per month asking for limit increases and never had one knocked back.
After 2-years of trading they increased our limits without us even asking to something ridiculous like 500,000. So that is essentially unlimited for us. So we never need to worry about selling limits any more. Well not until we get really BIG!

Ebay still refuse to increase my selling limits after 4 months and PayPal still keep a hold on my funds for 21 days.
I will never ever sell on Ebay again after being treated this poorly.
Contacted the FOS against PayPal and nothing has come of it,I have had a PayPal account for years paying for items, but as soon as you want to sell an item they treat you like a nobody, well up yours Ebay and PayPal.

It's 5 months now selling and ebay have finally raised the selling limits but PayPal are still holding my payments for 21 days and they won't budge,I have called them and the FOS but nothing has been done about it.
PayPal expects me to post the items out to the customers, well that is becoming a bit hard to do when they haven't released my money for 5 months.
So all in all selling on ebay has become a nightmare and now my only option is once the payment has cleared then I will post the items, this will be a short lived time on ebay as defects will definately be issued, thank you PayPal for your understanding and help NOT,so much for an individual person getting any help.

Once the first 21 days is up, you should get rolling releases. So you would be no worse off, assuming consistent sales, than you were 5 months ago. And, yes, if you don't post for 21 days after sale you will legitimately be defected off eBay in short order.
