Can sellers block international buyers from viewing a listing?

I'm trying to sell a GPS watch, My listing clearly states 'Will post Australia wide only' & postage is set to Aust wide but on 3 times in a row I've had buyers from Russia win the item. There have been no questions from these buyers about the item and one buyer wanted to pay via western union. I smell 'phish'. On these occassions I've messaged the buyer, explained that I dont ship overseas & have had to go through the process of cancelling, blocking the individual buyer, getting a seller listing refund & relist the item. I'm getting tired of it. Is there a simple way to block all international buyers from viewing the item?

You can't block them from viewing but you can block them from bidding or buying.

Select account then site preferences - buyer requirements - and tick the box to block buyers to locations you don't post to.

Also make sure in the postage section of your listing you have all the regions excluded that you don't post to.
