Hi there,
So this is my problem. When i first registered for ebay (over 2 years ago)it was through the irish ebay store.I have since moved to Australia but have kept the same username, paypal account ,etc.
I am new to the selling side of things and my problem is that when i go to sell an item i go through the process of creating the item description and uploading photos and price etc and just as it seems to be complete i get a notification saying that i can't use listing tools for international sales until 90 days after first sale or until 10 sales have been completed..something along those lines i think..
does anyone know what the problem would be?..is it because i didn't register on the Australian ebay site at the very start?..I only want to sell my item within Australia.
As of yet i have not been able to list my product. What am i doing wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank You

this is the message i keep getting
as a new seller, you can't use listing tools for international listings on the australian ebay site.
you can begin using listing tools after 90 days have passed since your first sale and you've received more than 10 positive selling feedback scores.
any help?
thank you

You don't just need to change your address, you need to change region. You also need to change your billing currency which you cannot do until you have changed region.
The ability to change region manually comes and goes, some years I can do it and some years I have to ring ebay.
It does look as if you have changed region successfully as your account is showing as registered in Australia so if your billing currency is in Au$ I would call ebay and ask what the problem is.

Hey I know this is old but how did you solve this? I am having the same problem. I have changed my region and billing currency and still get the error message.
