Can't void a sendel label

Hi,

I sold an item and had to create a second label because my return address wasn't right on the first one. I followed the instructions on the ebay website and created another one.

Now that the items has been delivery I see that Ebay is charging me twice for 2 shipping labels. I follow the instructions here on how to void a shipping label - https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/shipping-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-shipping-l...

However, when I try to do it it takes me to a page that says "This postage label does not need to be voided because we'll charge you only once the postage label has been used". This is obviously untrue, since in the total cost for the item I sold Ebay charged me their usual fees PLUS 2 shipping labels. At this stage the money hasn't been release so I don't know what the final amount will end up being. Part of the issue is that the money is still on hold because I haven't sent 2 packages. I did cancel with Sendle and they sent me an email confirming that its A. cancelled and B. they won't charge me, but the total is still showing as charging me twice.

How can I actually get a refund for a label that I didn't use and won't need to use since the item is already with the customer?

Re: Can't void a sendel label

B. You bought the labels from eBay, so Sendle won't be charging you for either.

There are specific time limits for cancelling labels. Did your attempt fall within those?

With AP labels, it's 5 days. I have no idea about Sendle as I wouldn't use them in a fit. Wait for a Sendle apologist to turn up, although they rarely offer relevant information.

ALSO, always check details before clicking accept/send/confirmation.

Did you get this resolved? Same thing happened to me, I got charged twice when I tried to cancel a label that wasn't quite right
