Can you reject a buyer from another state that has purchased a local pick up only item?

I advertised an item with local pick up only and someone from interstate has purchased can I reject this buyer?

Have they contacted you? They may be registered in another state but that doesn't mean they, or someone on their behalf, cant pick up.

They may be purchasing it for a relative. Contact the buyer and ask them.

When I first moved to Melbourne, I couldn't change my address on ebay (the page would just refresh constantly), and so I had a few people contact me re: being interstate, and others that cancelled my bid. It's worth checking with the buyer to see if they are aware that it is pickup only.
