Seems impossible to set up a Payoneer account being registered in NZ

To sell on ebay.com.au you must have approved payment methods -

Did you read the plentiful information on eBay Help about selling on eBay?

Payoneer is not an option. eBay have. Ow fully implemented their Managed Payments system. On eBay.com.au, you’ll need an Australian bank account into which your funds will be paid. (I am not sure what the drill is with NZ sellers. As far as I’m aware, you can’t have an Australian bank account while not an Australian resident… I seem to remember reading something about New Zealand sellers needing to sell on eBay.com rather than eBay.com.au, but I am not sure about this.)

I do recall reading on the forum if you are in NZ then you need to list on eBay US

I can't recall how long ago that thread was (but it was 'recently')
