FOREIGN BIDDERS:
Even though my listings clearly state NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING occasionally I get foreign customers buying or bidding on them.
Once from Indonesia, once from Germany and now this is the second time from France. There were 6 people watching the item in question and now it's unavailable to them and I have no free listings left. It is a pain the rear. 😞
I know you can block individual eBay users but can you block certain COUNTRIES from bidding?
eBAY NEWBIES:
I once saw a listing that said "Please do not bid if you have an eBay score of less than 10!"
I wouldn't mind a dollar for every time someone with a low eBay score didn't pay for a purchased item.... I'd be a millionaire.... well I'd have about 27 dollars. 😉
I realise everyone (including myself) statred with (0) 100% next to their username but these people are a pain too.
Your thoughts?

You will nearly be receiving your pension but if you keep on making these kind of mistakes you might
not be eligible for it so stop making them lol

You can do this in the site map in your selling section, just follow the prompts simples.
Or even when you list an item.
No need to go to all that bother. Just make sure no international postage is showing then go to your buyer blocks and block members who have a primary delivery address in a country you do not post to.
I have had mine set like that with no individual countries blocked for years now and have not had one overseas purchase made without prior notice. Before ebay started charging fees on the full international delivery cost I would add an overseas buyer to my exemption list after I checked them out and told them how much the delivery would cost.

Please accept my apologies if I offended in any way.
I was not aware it was ok ok to leave multiple false positives for just one buyer..........my error & it will not be repeated.
As I get older I seem to make these reading errors.
Best regards.
It's not ok to leave false positives for anyone.
But I understand the frustration if a buyer mucks you about for what I now
know to be 40 items, which is way worse than the eleven I thought there were

For those who do leave "false positives", the intention is to warn future sellers, but that is such a long shot !!
Even experienced sellers don't always scroll through looking for this.
And in the case of bidding at the last minute or BIN, a buyer's feedback history is unknown.
Green dots simply Increase a member's score.
However, opening an Unpaid Item Dispute and following through to closing, does have an impact on their ability to purchase.

I was not aware it was ok to leave those for local buyers as opposed to o/s buyers. My error.
Once again my sincere apologies.
Best regards.

If coming on here under your non-selling alias and offering nothing but criticsm and sarcasm to others makes you feel better about yourself in some way then all I can say is..... you're welcome. 😉
