Cancel unpaid order after a month

I sold a camera in February, but after a month of the buyer making excuses and promising to 'pay soon', I relisted the camera and sold it, however the 1st sale is still active and showing as unpaid. My problem is that since it was over a month ago, I dont seem to be able to remove it. WHen I try I get this message

Not after all this time

You needed to act within the time limit, not only to get your fees back, but so the time water got the unpaid item strike against their account
